In a meeting which held all its promises between two technical teams, the Pharaohs were able to be more realistic than the Super Eagles. With this success, the Egyptians have one foot in the quarterfinals while the Nigerians will have more room for error in their last two matches. Match

After the now traditional minute of silence was observed before each game of the CAN in honor of Togolese who have lost their lives during the attack on their bus on Friday, the game starts in a balanced manner, but with two teams decided to move forward. Obasi Ogbuke, for Hoffenheim striker holds alongside that of Everton, Yakubu Ayegbeni at the forefront of the team Shuaibu Amodu. This choice pays off as Obasi Ogbuke is very leg. The 23-year spreads over the right to remove a hook Fathallah and knocks on the door of the penalty area left foot. The ball ended his run in the opposite corner of the net. El Hadari relaxes well but can only touch the leather (12th).

Nigeria starts better

Among the Egyptians, the dribbler called Zidan Mohamed Zidan. The Borussia Dortmund player triggers the reaction of the Pharaohs. The 28-year reminds us then his glorious namesake. After a checkmark in the box, he shoots a powerful shot which goes narrowly wide of the cage Nigerian (23rd). It is again worth a few minutes later, Zidan is fully launched in depth, but must contend with Yobo to get into position to strike, but he eventually loses the ball (33th). Nigeria is dangerous and is not content to wait. The Super Eagles continued to attack and play their game, a fast game where they use many sides, on which they are in trouble their opponents. This is the case in this cons-attack launched by the Marseilles Taiwo who struck on his left flank. It cleverly gives back to Uche strikes of 15 yards but a few centimeters, the leather is not framed (33rd).

Players Hassan Shehata is finally rewarded on a flash-cons. The balloon is released into the Nigerian camp and Motaeb is the first over. One last kick of Taiwo shook the Egyptians (45th) and half time is a whistled score parity logic.

The veteran Egyptian Hassan, gives victory

The ball deflected by Taiwo is failing the Nigerian porter (54). Whoever is playing in his 7th CAN, won three, gives the advantage to his. The Pharaohs have now taken over and are close to triple the bet but the striking of the striker Motaeb passes over the bar when he was alone with the keeper. A minute later, Zidan is nearby the 3rd but its direct free kick is slammed into a corner by Enyeama. Bundeslmiga player tries his luck again but his shot from 20 meters is not cropped (73).

The powerful shot of Taiwo requires El-Hadary, goalkeeper 36 years of the team from northern Africa, to lie (75). Finally, the Egyptians will finalize the discussions with a 3rd goal. Nagui, who had just returned, struck in line and released a shot from 20 meters clear. Enyeama relaxes but too short (88). The break is made for Egypt, which finally prevailed logically on Nigerians. In a Group C clash which has kept all its promises, both teams have shown a very good technical level and developed the game The Super Eagles have perhaps been a little too players face the double defending champion who wins experience, showing a greater realism. Players Hassan Shehata has one foot in the quarterfinals after beating the best team from the hen.
